iPhone Repair Technician

The position of Apple iOS technician requires diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing Apple iOS devices including but not limited to iPhones. The processing of iPads, AirPods and Apple Watches to Apple for service is also required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Besides the ability to service iPhones there is a good deal of shipping and receiving of these devices involved in the job. The candidate will interact with customers in the service and sales field.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand language. The ability to multitask is a must. A high school or equivalent degree is required. The candidate will become certified as an Apple iOS Technician
