Job Description:

Physical inspection of manufactured and purchased products.

Responsibility Of Position:

1. 1st article inspection.
2. In-process inspections (SPC).
3. Final Inspection
4. Inspection of purchased product and outside services.

General Duties:

1. 1st article approval for each process requiring inspection.
2. Final inspection of product, prior to shipment.
3. Review of Router for proper documentation.
4. Review of inspection equipment to be within calibration period.
5. Inspection of purchased outside services.
6. Inspection of purchased raw material.
7. Preparation of Non-conforming documentations and log.
8. Assignment of product traceability.
9. Preparation of product for outside service.
10. Assist with in-process inspection.
11. Maintain clean inspection room and equipment.
12. Assist shipping department with packaging.
13. Assist with inventory maintenance.
14. Assist with unloading and loading of delivery trucks.
