Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Hybrid Psychotherapist/Counselor to join our team. As a Hybrid Psychotherapist/Counselor, you will provide a range of therapeutic services to clients, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy modalities. You will work with individuals, couples, families, and groups to address various mental health concerns, promote self-awareness, and develop coping strategies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

Utilize a combination of psychotherapeutic and counseling techniques to support clients in managing emotional challenges and improving overall well-being.

Offer crisis intervention and support during times of acute distress.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care.

Stay informed about current research, best practices, and emerging trends in the field of mental health.

Qualifications:

Masters in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Licensed or licensed eligible as a Psychotherapist, Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker.

Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to diverse populations.

Proficiency in conducting teletherapy sessions and utilizing digital platforms for client communication.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
