What You’ll Do:

  • Compensation & Benefits: Recommend and collaborate on comprehensive packages that reward and retain top talent.
  • Employee Programs: Administer and oversee health, life, savings, and disability programs ensuring our team’s well-being.
  • Training & Development: Implement impactful training sessions and development plans to nurture growth and skills.
  • Performance Reviews: Plan and execute quarterly and annual reviews to celebrate achievements and set future goals.
  • Record Keeping: Keep our employee records updated with new hires and employment changes.
  • Organizational Development: Maintain and update organizational charts, job descriptions, and compensation records.
  • Recruitment: Forecast hiring needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies that reflect our values and comply with legal standards.
  • Employee Support: Address employee queries promptly and effectively, fostering a supportive workplace.
  • Compliance: Stay informed and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: BSc/MSc in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • Certification(s): PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or equivalent. 
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Specialist or Generalist, with hands-on experience in HRIS (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) and ATS.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of labor laws (state & federal), payroll processes, and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
