Xenith Solutions is seeking a Graphics Designer to join our team in support of a government contract for the United States Transportation Command.

 

Job Description:

As a member of the team, you will support the United States Transportation Command in Organizational Change Management. This effort will include informing stakeholders of upcoming change, assisting stakeholder communities with making the transition to new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business processes, and reinforcing the change across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) stakeholders during the implementation of this new commercial ERP capability.

 

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visual content to support the US Transportation Command’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives. This role involves designing graphics, layouts, and multimedia materials that effectively communicate key messages and enhance stakeholder engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and Creation:
    • Develop and design visual materials including infographics, presentations, posters, brochures, and digital assets.
    • Create visually compelling graphics that align with OCM objectives and branding guidelines.

 

  • Collaboration and Requirements Gathering:
    • Work with stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives for various projects.
    • Translate complex concepts and data into clear and engaging visual representations.

 

  • Branding and Consistency:
    • Ensure all visual materials adhere to established branding guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and media.
    • Update and refine branding elements as needed to support OCM initiatives.

 

  • Multimedia and Interactive Design:
    • Design multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and interactive content to enhance engagement and communication.
    • Incorporate feedback and make revisions to multimedia materials as required.

 

  • Production and Quality Assurance:
    • Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to technical specifications.
    • Review and proof materials to ensure accuracy and consistency before distribution.

 

  • Innovation and Improvement:
    • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate new techniques and improve design processes.
    • Recommend and implement design solutions to enhance visual communication and stakeholder impact.

 

  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Document design processes, revisions, and final deliverables.
    • Provide updates and reports on design project progress and outcomes.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
