A new kind of CAMPUS where the style's relaxed, and the standards are anything but. HARBOR LIGHT HOTELS, “THE CAMPUS,” is designed to give guests a brand-new hotel experience with five hotels to choose from, and you are the key to bringing it to life.
- The Hotel Host Lead creates an experience for our HARBOR LIGHT HOTELS, “THE CAMPUS” guests by offering them a larger-than-home experience with welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.
- Complete the AM/PM shift checklist to include prepping for the day's arrivals, pre-blocking, reservation cancellations and creation, pre-arrivals, guest requests, and any guest assistance requested. Including check-ins, and taking deposits.
- First contact for guest concerns - Each hotel will set specific options for service recovery.
- Provide exceptional service to all guests. Attend huddles to ensure clear communication of the day's events to all.
- Hotel Hosts - Oversee market inventory and assist to include FIFO
Oversee group reservations to ensure that they are pre-assigned and pre-keyed as needed, with notes added per the DOS. - Work with all departments to ensure the hotel is ready for guest arrivals and pre-planning is completed.
- Proactivity is a must. Assisted in inventory control of hotel host stand supplies.
Expedia/------------ billing as needed, including routing. - Demonstrate the attributes of a great Host by being aware and attentive to our guests' needs; they also create conversations and share a moment, making a real connection with our guests.
