Preschool Teacher

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for young learners and be willing to work with various age groups throughout the week.

**Duties:**

- Assist in the implementation lesson plans that align with the curriculum

- Implement Temple Emanu El's Jewish Curriculum

- Provide a safe and positive learning environment for preschool-aged children

- Conduct activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development

- Monitor and assess student progress

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience

**Skills:**

- Experience in toddler care or early childhood education preferred

- Strong understanding of childhood development principles

- Ability to manage a classroom effectively
