Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Fire Alarm Technician role located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for performing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security, Fire Alarm, and extinguishing systems. The Fire Alarm Technician will interact with customers and collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Must be able to work out of town when required. The starting wage is based on experience and relevant skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check, and have no criminal record
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Ability to work well in a team environment and interact professionally with customers
• Experience with Low Voltage Systems is preferred
• State of Utah Fire Alarm License is preferred
• NICET Fire Alarm Certified is preferred
