Field Inspector

Exciting opportunity to join a property management company! We are seeking a full-time home inspector. In this role, you'll schedule and conduct lease renewal and move-out inspections for our single-family homes, manage lockboxes and keys, and handle our after-hours emergency maintenance phone. No experience is necessary—we will provide training! The position starts at $18/hour and includes a company car, gas card, and cell phone. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and must not have a criminal history. Additionally, applicants must be able to pass a background check. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
