YOUR TO DO LIST
• Manage a crew and participate in the installation of fencing including chain link, vinyl, aluminum and cedar at residential or commercial properties.
• Ensure all equipment and materials needed for the day are loaded on the truck in our Londonderry location and ready to go the job site.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions to installation issues that arise.
• Communicate with customers and company management to provide updates on each phase of the project.
• Comply with and ensure the work crew adheres to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure the crew cleans the worksite and equipment at the end of the workday.
• Complete and submit job order paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
THE MUST HAVES
• 2 or more years’ experience in all phases of fence installation for residential or commercial properties
• 1 or more years as a fence foreman managing a small crew, preferred but not required
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize the workday
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service
• Strong work ethic
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to meet the Physical Demands: Lift up to 75 lbs., bending, reaching, climbing, pulling, crouching, standing for long periods of time and other related physical activities associated with fence installation.
THE IMPORTANT STUFF
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Workday starts at 7:00 am (flexibility if needed)
• Overtime: Is available and encouraged if wanted
• Benefits: Health Insurance (company pays 50% of cost), paid vacation time
• Med Card is a plus but not required
• Company Location: Granite State Fence, 270 Nashua Road, Unit 2, Londonderry, NH
• Pay: $27 - $30 per hour depending on experience
