Evening Dispatcher

Suburban Towing and Recovery is looking to add a few members to its dispatching team!

We are a locally owned and operated company that has been servicing the Chicagoland area for almost 30 years. In that time we have done our best to stay at the forefront of our industry, integrating the latest technology and streamlining our day to day processes to create the best customer and employee experience possible. For this reason, we are looking for a candidate that is eager to start a career and be an asset to our team.

Day-to-Day tasks and Duties will include:

• Answering phone calls and obtaining the necessary information to efficiently dispatch our equipment to the scene
• Handling customer phone calls regarding questions, payment, vehicle releasing/information. etc.
• Entering call and billing information into our online dispatching system, as well as effectively dispatching calls to drivers
• Releasing vehicles to customers from our impound facility
• Tracking our equipment and drivers using our online tracking system
• Using a two-way radio to communicate with drivers
• Handling paperwork, data entry, and billing as necessary

Candidates should have proficient skills with a computer, as well as the ability to multitask. Experience is encouraged but not necessary as we will train the correct candidate. Pay will be based on experience and your ability to grow and handle the duties of the position. Training is paid, with opportunities for pay increase after training is complete.
