As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Process returns and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in our products or services
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

-Assist with e-commerce listings, including product descriptions, pricing updates, and inventory management.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
