My search firm (Landid) has been hired by a leading induction heating equipment manufacturer to find an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join their Warren, OH team. The Customer Support Specialist will work with customers on a daily basis quoting parts, doing cost estimates, placing orders, and following up on previous orders. This position will also consult with customers on a technical level to help them choose the parts they need and/or should keep in stock.
