Large format print operation looking for a qualified, detail oriented customer service representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Generating estimates that develop into sales orders
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Updating worksheets
  • Creating quality control folders for production

Customer Service Rep will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales estimates
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Constant update of production software
  • Act as a liaison between departments to push projects through production

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks preferred
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail
