Customer Service Rep
Job description
Anacapa Heating & Air Inc is looking to bring on a Csr/Dispatcher to coordinate the service department and complete basic reception duties. This position is full-time, in person, and will be working directly with other office staff, technicians, and ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to answer their questions, and schedule service and repair orders.
- Answer all inbound calls.
- Data entry as directed.
- Work with Quickbooks desktop and Field Edge
- Communicate directly with service technicians to coordinate progress of repairs, part availability, pricing, and other needs.
- Explain maintenance and repair procedures to customers.
- Invoice and collect for service techs
- Filing
- Receive deliveries
- Keep reception area tidy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
