We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal with specialized experience in the debt collections industry. The ideal candidate will support our attorneys in all aspects of commercial litigation, particularly focusing on debt collection matters. This role involves a combination of legal research, document preparation, account management, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Assist attorneys in managing a high volume of debt collection cases from inception through resolution.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents related to debt collection and commercial litigation.
Document Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize various legal documents
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates on account progress, and answer any inquiries.
Debt Collection: Handle all aspects of debt collection processes, including negotiating settlements, managing payment plans, and coordinating with third-party collection agencies.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
