Position: Chiropractic Assistant

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm with a 2 hour lunch break.

Job Description:

- Assist chiropractors with administrative tasks and patient care.

- Play with children/hold babies while parents are with the doctors.

- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive experience.

- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.

- Provide support in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

- Assist with stretches/exercises as directed by the doctors.

- Participate in community outreach events and promotions.

Qualifications:

- A bubbly and energetic personality that shines through in all interactions.

- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for working with children and families.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Comfort with technology-- Electronic Health Software, Google Docs/Sheets, Word, Canva, Jotform, etc.
