Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated daycare teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the daycare center.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children.
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
