Vine Street Social is a wine bar in Frisco, CO. We are a customer focused, community driven and fast-paced wine bar. Vine Street Social is a culmination of our love for wine, friendships, and community. The word “vine” is a nod to the importance of connection as well being the foundation of all great wine.
We have a small menu consisting of charcuterie, dips and small bites. We would like to expand the menu with the right person.
Hours are Wednesday through Sunday. 2:30-9:30pm Wed/Thurs, 1:30-10pm Fri/Sat and Sunday noon-7pm.
We are looking for 1 full time person or 2 part time people for this position.
Chef De Partie
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines
- Assist with catering events as needed
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Deliver Food to customers when needed
- Wash and put away dishes
- Help make the customer experience exceptional
Skills:
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
