Case Manager
Responsibilities:
Hybrid Position – 3 days a week in the office with Monday and Friday at home.
- Serving as an advocate to facilitate offers and placement of life insurance policies, with focus on high-net-worth clients and large premium cases
- Managing a case load of 40 to 80 life insurance cases at one time.
- Reviewing new life insurance applications for completeness and corresponding insurance company guidelines and entering cases into administrative system.
- Communicate proactively with agents, service providers, home offices and internal marketing managers.
- Ordering necessary underwriting requirements – paramedical exams, attending physician statements, inspections

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in brokerage or life insurance company
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Knowledge of general underwriting guidelines and life insurance concepts
Willing to train the right person
