Lutheran Social Services provides housing and supportive services to seniors, adults, families and transition-aged youths who are homeless. Our goal is to assist individuals in stabilizing their housing, moving from homelessness to stable, permanent housing. Each day is different and duties may include assisting individuals in setting goals, accompanying to an appointment, assisting with acquiring benefits, teaching budgeting and other skills, liaison with apartment managers, and helping build a supportive network.  Inspiring Youth Voices is a new LSS program created by youth and for youth.  In addition to providing case management to homeless youth, the AOD Case Manager will provide AOD support to all the youth enrolled in this program.  This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of implementing a new program. 

 

Pay: $25 - $27/hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 (37.5 hours per week)

 

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Qualified applicants bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. AOD credential, such as CADAC, is preferred.  Successful employees take a creative approach to problem solving, coordinate services with other LSS programs and other agencies, and are excited to both learn and teach new skills.
