Requirements
Now that we have the fun out of the way let’s get into what you can offer us.
Core Competencies
- Responsible for the health safety and welfare of all dogs in the facility
- Oversight and responsibility for cleaning of the facility
- Oversight of overnight guest food, medication and belongings
- Ability to learn dog recognition
- Completion of all required training, including all e-learning platforms
- Meal recording
- Ability to lovingly handle dogs up to 150 pounds
- Proper door control in all rooms
- Ability to complete spa tasks (bath, brush, ear and teeth cleaning)
- Ability to "own" a room of dogs
Qualifications
- Must love dogs
- Consistent and timely attendance
- Ability to spend 100% of work time standing
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with no restrictions
- Ability to work flexible days and hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Adherence to all dress code and uniform requirements
- Reliable transportation
