Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ABC Therapy Clinics in Yorkville, IL and Plainfield, IL. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting and creating assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, creating and monitoring skill acquisition plans, providing training to staff and caregivers, and ensuring the delivery of high- quality ABA programs to children with autism and developmental delays. You will be providing training, mentorship and supervision to our passionate driven clinical employees including your management team, RBT’s, BT’s and work closely with our Occupational Therapists, supporting providers, and staff members. You’ll be collaborating with like-minded individuals dedicated to our core values and partner with your management team to
master clinical operations. If you are a recent grad, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Total compensation pay for this for this position ranges from $82,000-$128,600. Pay is based on several factors including performance, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience including any other company sponsored benefits.
