In this role, you will:

• Play a crucial role in supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities by implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.
• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to create and deliver effective treatment plans.
• Utilize various behavior analytic strategies to teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote positive development.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and ensure program effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months' experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Basic understanding of ABA principles, including reinforcement, punishment, extinction, and data collection methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, responsible, honest, and articulate.
• Physically able to perform essential job functions, including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
