Mission: 

 

To ensure that the admin team is thoroughly completing all assigned duties, and to gain mastery in all programs sufficient to assist with all such duties as needed.

 

Outcomes:

 

  1. Be flexible and adaptable
    1. Strong minded/ professional and be able to handle personalities of both team and management 
    2. Be open to change within policies/ procedures/ workflow and be able to adapt to change as needed
  2. Monthly staff meetings with one quarterly in person meeting
    1. Ensure that work is being done to the highest quality
    2. Ensure that all staff is trained on any changes to policies and procedures
    3. Create team bonding that fosters Visions Mission
  3. Monthly one on one supervision with staff to Ensure administrative time lines are completed 
    1. Quality Assurance checks for administrative tasks
      1. File Review reviews
      2. Check on status of contact tracker checks
      3. Master grid timelines
    2. Build solid personal relationships with staff
      1. Foster relationship with staff that shows them you care genuinely about them and what is going on in their lives
      2. Be able to support staff within reason
  4. Annual performance evaluations
    1. 90 day/ 6 month reviews for new hires
    2. Ensure that staff is performing high quality work
    3. Help assist in improving 
    4. Eliminate poor performers
  5. Hire new staff and train for specifics on each program
  6. Review employee time cards and narratives and submit for payroll
  7. Attend all manger meetings/ QQA meetings
    1. Gather data for QQA agendas for each program
    2. Bring administrative issues and concerns for each program
  8. Assist Charles with administrative functions as needed, including but not limited to, audits and contract renewals

Requirements

 

  • Four year degree
  • Experience in Google Drive or Microsoft Office Suite
  • High Computer Literacy
