We’ve been in the financial services industry for 25 years. We specialize in life, health and supplemental insurance benefits for employer groups and the individual. We provide Insurance services to hundreds of small businesses and thousands of employees.

SUMMARY
We handle the administration and service associated with setting up and maintaining our client’s group and individual insurance. This position facilitates insurance quotes and plan renewal documents. They assist with archiving documents and ongoing client correspondence. In addition, this position will be the point of contact for client service matters.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
• Field client phone calls
• Manage client changes
• Problem solve
• Run reports and insurance illustrations
• Communicate with clients over phone and email
• Electronic filing


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Comprehend life, health, and supplemental insurance
• Currently hold or willing to obtain life and health insurance license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excel and Microsoft Office competent
• Strong interpersonal skills, both with customers and team
• Sense of integrity to uphold organizational values
• Monitors own work to ensure professional quality and punctuality
• Provide unsurpassed customer service to clients
