Position Overview: As an Account Executive at LiveSchool, your work will directly impact schools' success by helping them implement systems that improve student behavior and school culture. You will play a key role in bringing our solutions to K-12 schools, ensuring students and educators have the tools they need to thrive. Your experience in selling educational solutions will be invaluable in helping schools understand the value of our platform and how it can support their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, primarily K-12 schools and educational institutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand school challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Present LiveSchool’s products and services to school leaders and decision-makers, emphasizing our unique value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Success Team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably with a focus on selling to educational institutions or school leaders.
  • Strong understanding of K-12 education systems, including challenges related to student behavior, classroom management, and school leadership needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software like HubSpot.

    • Base Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000 per year
    • Total OTE: $105,000 - $140,000 per year
    • Additional performance bonus if annual sales exceed goals.
