Vocal Teacher
School For The Arts (SFTA) is a rapidly growing community of artists offering classes and lessons in a variety of arts. Music lessons are a key component of our program, we are seeking additional experienced vocal instructors to teach private 30 minute lessons at our studios in the 2|42 Community Center in Brighton Michigan. Opportunities may also exist at our School For The Arts Lansing and Livonia locations.
We offer lessons from Monday-Friday with times from 9am-8pm and on Saturday mornings. You would need to be available for at least one three hour block during those lesson times.
SFTA music instructors should be fun, experienced, and professional. Our instructors have a passion for inspiring and motivating students to grow in their performing arts talents. Our three pillars for all School For The Arts classes, lessons, and camps is Creativity + Education + Community. Our students range from children through adults. Lessons are offered in terms, fall term runs September through December, winter + spring term runs January through May and we offer flexible summer term options. School For The Arts music recitals are held in May and December with summer music camp options also available.

Salary: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
