Travel Swim Instructor Job Description:
We are searching for independent and efficient swim instructors with a proven record of helping clients meet and exceed their goals. An instructor with fast response and high level customer service abilities. An instructor with the capabilities and functions to manage ones calendar and promote services to current clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with Employer and Clients: 
  • Managing Time Effectively 
  • Performing High Quality Swim Lessons for Variety of Ages
  • Upselling new packages and creating clients from referrals
  • Able to perform the duties of a Reliable, Effective and Safe Swim Instructor

 

 

Compensation:

  • $30/hr + Commission (commission is 10% on any new package purchase from new or existing clientele, commission also includes the ability for clients to tip you based in your quality of service)

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a swim instructor role, with a focus on growing current clients and helping new ones.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • CPR/AED for child and adult and Safety coaching online certifications through Red Cross.
  • Strong proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective client interactions.
  • High level of self-motivation, a proactive “go-getter” attitude, and the ability to excel in a high-paced work environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the capacity to think on your feet in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and booking software and other relevant tools.
