The attorneys must be licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, or eligible to waive into the District of Columbia bar, and have a minimum of two (2) years professional experience as a practicing attorney in affordable housing financing, real estate financing transactions, commercial transactions, commercial leasing to include ground leasing, commercial loan workouts and foreclosures, bankruptcy, regulatory compliance and other areas relevant to the practice areas of DHCD’s OGC.
