Job Description
We seek a compassionate and dedicated Master's Level Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will strongly commit to providing high-quality mental health services and work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families with an emphasis on African American Men.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual, and family therapy sessions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources.
Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in PA.
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of therapeutic theories and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
