Who We Are

Our mission at Thrive Therapies Group (------------) is to support all students with disabilities in achieving academically while nurturing their innate gifts and talents so they thrive in school and beyond. Our vision is for all Thrive partner schools and classrooms to be centers of excellence in caring for our communities’ diverse learners. We believe learning, growth, and healing begin with connection - and it’s the power of connection that our team is known for.

Driven by the needs of our communities, Thrive Therapies Group is expanding our impact and invites you - our partner-in-good - to join us. We believe this work is true soul-work, the marriage of deep meaning and complex challenge, and requires a team that nurtures each other in pursuit of our mission. We are that team. We are steadfastly dedicated to our people, providing rich pathways of professional growth and development, offering multidisciplinary continuing education, and collaborating in lockstep to ensure you have what you need to do your best work. Your energies are precious and finite, and we honor them in our shared mission for children.

Who You Are:

  • You fundamentally believe that all students can, want to, and will achieve their goals as a result of the highest level of care.
  • You have experience in and passion for working in a public school setting with a diverse cohort of students, from predominantly underrecognized communities.
  • You believe in the power of science, data, and human connection in equal measure.
  • You set a high bar. The goals for your students (and yourself) are elevated because you know that when you set a high bar, students will meet it.
  • You’re a natural collaborator and partner-in-good. You see the greatness in others, always assume the best, and work with partners to bring out their best, particularly in moments of challenge.
  • As a member of a thoughtfully growing team, you are hungry to exercise your keen sense of flexibility and customer service, no matter what the day throws your way.
  • You’re responsive. You offer what’s needed: critical feedback, a high five, or a quick email.
  • You’re kind. You speak, act, and serve in ways that show empathy and care.

What You’ll Do:

  • In a school-based setting, you will provide exceptional speech-language services to a cohort of students in local charter schools.
  • Mission-critical data collection. We believe in collecting meaningful, impactful data to drive our practice (not pointless administrative data collection that does not impact student success).
  • Share what’s working (and what’s not). We are looking for someone to join a team of people in dogged pursuit of getting this right for kids. There’s no magic bullet; let’s figure it out together.
  • Drive impact. Through goal-setting, dedicated therapy, IEP meetings, parent conversations, school-leader support, and meaningful data collection, you’ll help kids develop critical life skills.
