Floraform Design is an owner operated, Seattle-based design/build/maintain company creating living walls and moss art for commercial and residential clients in the Greater Seattle Area and beyond since 2009. 

Floraform Design is hiring part time (3 days/week) or full time team members to produce botanical art in our Seattle studio. We are a small team seeking reliable, efficient, energetic, detail-oriented team players to join us. This position starts immediately. Working hours are somewhat flexible Monday-Friday: 8:30am-7pm (most days).

As a member of our production team you will work with preserved plants and other forest materials to create a diverse set of installations for a project with an anticipated completion date in late-December 2024/early January 2025 (may extend into February 2025). This is a contract gig with opportunity for long term employment for the right person.


Job requirements:

- manual dexterity
- high attention to detail
- ability to work independently and collectively
- ability to follow direction
- comfortable working on ladders, in lifts, and on scaffolding
- ability to lift 50lbs
- experience working with basic tools (screwdriver, stud finder, level, drills)
- be self-motivated and committed to seeing job through to its completion
- willingness to learn and develop new skills
- sunny disposition

Preference will be given to applicants with work experience in any of the following:

- art fabrication 
- construction
- woodworking
- floral
- tile setting
- horticulture
