We’re hiring a freelance Pickleball Paddle Tester to help our co-founder Brandon test and publish reviews on paddles. Basically, you’ll get paid to play pickleball!
The ideal player is based in Phoenix, AZ (near Brandon), a 4.5+ player, likes to try the latest and greatest paddles and not sponsored by any gear company. Bonus points if you have experience creating content (photos, videos, etc).
Who You Are
- 4.5+ pickleball player
- Based Phoenix, AZ or at least in the US or Canada
- Not sponsored by any gear company
- A paddle junkie!
What We Offer
- Compensation per review
- Free gear whenever possible (i.e. keep the paddles you test)
What You’ll Do
- Get top paddles sent directly to you
- Test the paddles a minimum of 6 hours of 3+ play sessions
- Compile detailed notes of your test
- Film an unboxing video (unedited, on iPhone)
- Take product photos

- A conversation with Max, co-founder & CEO, for culture & community fit (30 minutes)
