Minimum of 1 year Home Health Experience or related field

CPT/First Aid certificate

Willing to work in Herndon, Loudoun county areas mostly, and areas of NOVA.

Compensation: $100 Eval & Re-eval visit; $90 for F/up visit; D/c $95.
