Realty Media & Marketing company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator / Executive Assistant.
10-2pm Mon-Saturday
Answering phones and calling clients back.
Working on uploads.
Taking Orders.
Scheduling Orders.
Keeping Office organized.
***ROOM FOR GROWTH WITHIN THE COMPANY***
This position may turn into a higher position w/ more pay responsibilities such as, but not limited too;
Event setup & Networking
Additional Admin

***$15.50 hrly w/ possibility of increasing to $17 hrly after the 90-day Trial Period ***

We are a tight Team and are looking for someone new to join our growing family!

Real Estate experience is great, but not required.
Sales experience is great, but not required.

REQUIRED:
Reliable Transportation
Phone experience or some sort
GMail, Google product proficient
Word, Excel Proficient
Fluent English speaker
Must be ON TIME!
