Filmmaker

Job Description:

Different Duck Films LLC is in search of a DP, who could also be their own Gaffer on set. Ideally a multi-hyphenate filmmaker with Editing and post production experience in addition to being a DP and Gaffer. Further experience with color correction and sound design is also a plus. You will be partnering with a trained producer/writer/director on one or more of our unique, upcoming narrative feature films, as well as our first full-length documentary, and more!

 

The ideal candidate comes with a creative vision of their own and is someone ready to take leadership on set and hit the ground running both technically and creatively. Having a flexible and accommodating schedule with the ability to travel upon request is highly beneficial. Solo candidates, film graduates, and small teams are all encouraged to apply. In many cases some type of additional Producer credit may be given in addition to the competitive contracted pay.
