Ranch Hand

Our dairy is looking to fill a full time position. We are looking for an individual who is available 8 hrs a day 5 days a week (8:30am-5:30pm). Starting hourly rate would be $16/hr. The off days would be Tuesday/Thursday. We are West of Ft Collins apx. 15 miles up Rist Canyon from Verns.

This position would be responsible for morning and evening chores which involves feeding/watering and cleaning animal areas and miscellaneous jobs in-between. A successful candidate would be someone who is able to multitask, timely, detailed, hard worker, good with large animals (Cows, calves, horses and chickens) and motivated to work. This job is hard work and requires focus. Possibility to move to milking team long term if desirable.

Must have:
Reliable transportion
Able to work in all weather conditions
Able to lift 70lbs at a time
Able to think and reason on your own with the guidance given.
Able to pass a drug test and have references
