Harlem’s first indoor cycling studio, is seeking Customer Service Team (CST) Members who have a passion for providing the most incredible guest experience to all of their guests. Applicants must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and provide clear-thinking to support the day-to-day responsibilities of the studio. These candidates will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with company personnel and management. Candidates must provide a high degree of member service through a professional relationship with the members in regards to their needs, concerns, and questions about the studio. CST Members should be a strong team player with emotional intelligence, someone who enjoys serving customers, has a strong work ethic, and excellent relationship building skills. Experience working in a fitness environment is a plus, however not required for the position.
