Clinical Therapist
Affective Counseling is a quickly growing private practice located near downtown Barrington, IL. We are looking to grow our team of individual, couples and family therapists. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment that fosters personal growth and development.
Both part-time (a minimum of 14 hours a week) and full-time (22+ hours a week) contract positions are available, with preference given to applicants looking for full-time hours. Currently, we have a need for therapists that are able to offer in-person sessions with some evening or weekend availability. Remote sessions are available to clients upon request, however, most new clients ask for in-person sessions.
Job Responsibilities:
Assess incoming clients and build a collaborative treatment plan
Provide individual and/or couples or family counseling
Maintain HIPPA compliant electronic notes and collect co-pays
Network and collaborate with healthcare professionals
Benefits include:
Onboarding and credentialing with insurance companies
Electronic notes (95% of your time is with clients and 5% is notes)
Administrative support (scheduling of new clients, insurance support)
Supervision/consultation is available
Supportive and collaborative work environment
Requirements
PhD.,PsyD, LCPC or LCSW (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
2-4 years of post-licensure experience (preferred)
LPCs and LSWs will be considered with rate of pay will be $45/billable session

Salary: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour for fully licensed therapists
