MGM Bartending Midwest was launched in December 2023, expanding from Florida to cover events across the Midwest. We provide exceptional bartending services for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to earn extra income on weekends, working flexible gigs in fun, high-energy environments.

Job Overview:
We’re seeking confident, outgoing individuals with bartending experience who want to make extra cash working as event bartenders. Most of our events happen on Saturdays, but there are occasional opportunities during the week as well. You’ll be responsible for setting up, serving guests, and maintaining the bar—often as the sole bartender at events.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and break down the bar area.
• Serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Provide excellent customer service to event guests.
• Manage cash and credit transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience (events preferred, but not required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests.
• Confidence to work independently.
• Availability on Saturdays and some weekdays.
• Must be 21+ and have or be willing to get TABC (or applicable state certification).

Compensation:

• $20 per hour + tips (1099 contractor position)
