Job Overview

We are seeking a Groundskeeper to assist with landscape maintenance and light property upkeep. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the potential to transition to full-time based on performance after the probation period.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mowing, trimming, weeding, and seasonal brush clearing
• Maintaining and improving drainage areas to prevent runoff and erosion
• Light tree maintenance, including trimming and debris cleanup
• Fence line inspection, repair, and basic installation
• Ranch beautification projects (e.g., mulching, planting, gravel distribution)
• Light irrigation adjustments and general water management
• Small repairs and maintenance (painting touch-ups, gate latches, etc.)
• Keeping shared areas tidy and safe for horses and boarders

Work Schedule:

• Start time: Flexible between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Choose between 8-hour shifts or 5–6 hour shifts
• Weekdays, weekends, or a combination—whatever works best for you

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in landscape or groundskeeping (preferred, not required)
