We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, payroll, payroll taxes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization’s goals. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions. Candidate must have experience with Quickbooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly Payroll (Using Quickbooks Online)
• Payroll Taxes
• Profit and Loss
• Invoicing (Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables)
• Inventory/Ordering of supplies/equipment
• Prepare and interpret comprehensive financial reports to provide insights into the organization’s performance.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage investment portfolios and assess investment opportunities to maximize returns.
• Oversee fiscal management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to maintain optimal liquidity levels.

Pay between $15 to $18 Per Hour
