Empire Workforce Solution is currently seeking Assemblers in the city of Fontana, CA for a 3PL company. 

We are looking for a detail-oriented UVR Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, connecting wires as instructed, and using both hand tools and power tools to ensure accurate assembly. Previous experience in wire assembly or related fields is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Connect wires, terminals, and other components as per specifications.
• Use hand tools (wire strippers, cutters, crimping tools) and power tools (soldering iron, power drills) to assemble wire harnesses or electrical connections.
• Inspect and test completed assemblies for quality and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow company protocols for handling electrical components, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot assembly errors and rework when necessary to meet quality standards.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to report on progress and any potential issues.
• Document and maintain records of completed work and materials used.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in wire assembly or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in wire assembly.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and components.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, electrical, or assembly environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in electrical assembly.

Hours:

• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay Rate:

• $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
