Maison Keïa is a global creative agency blending art, design, and immersive experiences. We've been operating quietly since our launch end of 2024, working on a range of exciting projects behind the scenes. Now, we're ready to make a bigger impact and communicate more openly about our work. We're looking for a passionate and proactive intern to support our upcoming exhibition, Gestures of Love, during its run from May 7-12, 2025, in New York City, during the Art Week.

Responsibilities:

Before the Exhibition:

Assist in preparing the exhibition alongside the curator (Kenza Adeïda).

Support with logistics, installations, and coordinating various service providers.

Help in creating and organizing the exhibition catalog.

Manage communications with the press and artists, including maintaining press contacts.

During the Exhibition:

Present the exhibition to visitors and engage with them.

Assist with managing the guest list and entry during the opening event.

Support with logistics on-site and oversee day-to-day operations.

After the Exhibition:

Follow up with attendees, collectors, and press to gather feedback and maintain relationships.

Help with post-event communications and content creation for social media.

Assist in building and maintaining a database of collectors and press contacts.

Requirements:

Available to work in person during the exhibition in NYC (Art Week May 7-12, 2025).

Strong communication skills and an interest in the art world.

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Experience with social media and content creation.

Ability to manage press relations, maintain contacts, and handle media inquiries.

Ability to work remotely most of the time, with potential travel across the U.S. for future events.

This role offers a great learning opportunity, especially as Maison Keïa is growing rapidly with more projects coming up in the U.S. and Europe. The internship will provide hands-on experience and a chance to be involved in the behind-the-scenes action of a high-profile art event.
