This position is for a Family Child Care Learning Home (FCCLH) in Ellenwood, GA.

Our in-home childcare is seeking a dedicated and responsible Childcare Provider to ensure the safety, well-being, and engagement of children aged 1 to 6.

WHAT: Looking to hire a childcare provider for 8 months to a year. Can serve as an internship.

WHEN: Starting 1 MAY 2025

WHERE: The Family Child Care Learning Home located at 2329 Brookgate Way, Ellenwood GA 30294

WHY: The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, be nurturing, and be capable of maintaining a structured and fun learning environment. We are looking to train that individual to help her start her own business.

HOW: Individual will sign a 8-month (or 1-year) contract.

Requirements

• CDA (highly preferred).
• Previous experience in professional childcare, babysitting, or related field.
• CPR and First Aid certification (highly preferred).
• Must complete or have 10 Hours of State Approved Health and Safety Orientation Training within 6 months of employment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage children of different age groups simultaneously.
• Reliable transportation to and from the employment location.

Salary: $20,000 to $25,000/Yr
