Join our fast-growing HVAC team and help drive smooth, efficient sales operations! We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with QuickBooks experience to support our sales and installation process from start to finish.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and schedule HVAC sales appointments
Assist with job estimates, proposals, and invoicing using QuickBooks
Track and follow up on sales leads and customer communication
Support Comfort Advisors and Sales Managers with CRM updates
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments
Help maintain a smooth workflow from sale to installation
✅ Requirements:
2+ years experience in a sales coordination or administrative role
Proficient in QuickBooks (invoicing, estimates, customer records)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience in HVAC, construction, or home services a big plus
Comfortable with CRM, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
