Pay:

• $18–$25/hr based on experience and performance
• Weekly performance bonuses for fast, clean, reliable work

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday (7am–finish, usually 6–8 hour days)
• Weekends optional, not required

Your Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns using commercial zero-turn and push mowers
• Edge and trim with precision
• Clean up debris and leave every property spotless
• Communicate with customers and teammates professionally
• Show up early, ready to work, every day

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and show up on time
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in the heat, and move fast
• Must have transportation to and from job sites or crew meet-up point
• Experience preferred, but we will train fast learners
