Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Help resolve complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Process orders, returns, and applications as needed
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Stay informed about product updates and internal procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is a plus
