Job Summary:

At Planit Interactive, we specialize in providing fun, exciting, and interactive entertainment through a wide range of games, inflatables, arcade cabinets, video games, and casino setups. We're looking for passionate, energetic Event Staff to help deliver an unforgettable experience for our clients. Whether it's a festival, corporate event, or private party, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and ensuring the smooth flow of our diverse game stations and attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup & Breakdown: Help load, unload, and set up a variety of games and attractions including inflatable bounce houses, obstacle courses, arcade cabinets, video games, and casino tables.
• Game Operation: Engage with guests, explain the rules, and monitor gameplay to ensure fun and safety. This includes managing large inflatables and interactive game stations.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent guest service, assist participants in navigating the games, and maintain a high-energy, positive atmosphere.
• Event Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of event staging, lights, and audio equipment, ensuring seamless integration with our games and attractions.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure games and inflatables are functioning properly throughout the event. Troubleshoot basic technical issues with video games, lighting, or inflatables when needed.
• Safety: Monitor guests to ensure they follow all safety guidelines, particularly for inflatables and casino setups.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience: Experience in events, customer service, or entertainment is a plus. Prior work with games, AV equipment, or inflatables is a big plus!
• Tech & Hands-On Skills: Comfortable operating various types of games (arcade machines, video games, inflatable attractions). Willingness to learn about our gaming and lighting equipment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and set up large equipment (inflatables, arcade cabinets) and stay on your feet for long periods.
• Reliability & Flexibility: Punctual, dependable, and able to work a variety of events, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Communication Skills: Ability to engage guests and explain game rules clearly while keeping the energy high and fun.
• Safety Awareness: Must be safety-conscious, especially around children and high-energy attractions like inflatables and arcade setups.
